Jane Lambert, Head of Resuscitation.
Director of ECG Ltd, Jane is a qualified nurse who worked for 7 years as a Senior NHS Resuscitation Officer. She set up ECG Ltd in 2002. Jane is a Resuscitation Council UK Accredited Instructor in:-
- Advanced Life Support (ALS)
- European Paediatric Life Support (EPLS)
- Generic Instructor Course Instructor (GIC)
She is also a qualified Manual Handling, First Aid at Work and Fire Safety Instructor.
ECG has rapidly developed into a busy training company, now employing several highly experienced and qualified instructors:
Dr Peter Berkin
Peter trained as a Doctor at St Mary's Hospital Medical School in London qualifying in 1976. Until 1981 he worked in all major hospital specialties as part of his vocational training and became a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 1982. He worked with a Bletchley practice as a junior partner until 1987 when he set up his own practice in Milton Keynes where he has now worked as senior partner for twenty one years. In 1980 he and his wife established a complementary medical centre "Alternatives" which operates alongside Dr Berkin's medical practice at Watling Vale Medical Centre.
Jane Training Coordinator
Jane has an extensive training background with John Lewis and NHS Direct and now coordinates all training programmes for us. Jane will be happy to deal with all your enquiries and ensure you receive a prompt and efficient service
Michelle, Training/Accounts Administrator
Michelle facilitates all of the paperwork for our training courses and maintains a database of all our clients training. Michelle is also now our accounts administrator.
Mike, Head of Moving & Handling
Mike has been a nurse for 23 years and a Back Care Advisor and trainer for 13 years. He has a Masters Degree in Back Care Management from Loughborough University, has a NEBOSH certificate and is a co-author of the 5th edition of The Guide to the Handling of People. Mike is also the Chairman of the National Back Exchange.
Diane - Business & Quality Assurance Support.
Diane has joined our busy team in helping to support the day to day running of ECG, and is responsible for developing quality assurance within the company, including our ISO certification
Hannah
Hannah is an experienced nurse with a background of working on both medical assessment unit and critical care. She currently works as a critical care outreach sister, assisting with the care of deteriorating patients and teaching on various courses aimed at preventing cardiac arrests and recognising and treating critical illness in patients at an early stage.”
Fiona (Fe)
Fe is an experienced community nurse who still works within the NHS. She delivers vaccination and basic life support training for ECG
Holly, Head of First Aid
Holly is a Resuscitation and Moving & Handling Instructor and has many years experience as an NHS paramedic. She is also a Resuscitation Council UK ILS Provider. Holly leads our team within first aid training. She also delivers BLS, AED, Anaphylaxis, First Aid ,Moving & Handling, Fire Safety awareness and Vaccination Administration training.
Claire
Claire is a Resuscitation Instructor for ECG, has a nursing background with many years experience as a Junior Sister in Coronary Care. She is a Resuscitation Council UK ALS Provider and teaches BLS, ILS, Anaphylaxis and Defibrillation. She is also a First Aid at Work Instructor.
Victoria
Victoria has worked in many customer facing public sector organisations before training as a Podiatric Practitioner in 2004. Since then she has worked alongside the Department of Health for a national security NHS regulator and more recently supported Primary Care as an Education and Training Manager for a local healthcare provider. Her skills are therefore both clinical and non clinical.
Sophie
Sophie is a Resuscitation Instructor for ECG, is an experienced paramedic and teaches BLS, Anaphylaxis, Defibrillation and First Aid.
Nicky
Nicky is a Resuscitation Instructor for ECG, has a nursing background with many years experience as a Junior Sister in Coronary Care. She is a Resuscitation Council UK ALS Provider and teaches BLS, ILS, Anaphylaxis and Defibrillation. She is also a First Aid at Work Instructor.
Beve
Beve is a Resuscitation Instructor with a nursing background. Beve also works as a first responder.
Gezz
Gezz is a Resuscitation Instructor with a critical care specialist background. He is an ALS Instructor. Gezz also currently works as a team leader in the RAF for critical care retrieval.
John
John is a resuscitation instructor. He has 27 years experience as a Paramedic and Trainer in the NHS including a period as a Resuscitation Officer at St Georges in London and has been a Critical Care Paramedic on Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance. John is currently working towards a manual handling qualification and maintains his clinical skills as a community responder and as a bank paramedic.
Richard
Richard is a First Aid at Work Instructor and Fire Safety Instructor with over 20 years experience in the UK Fire and Rescue Service.
David
David is a Resuscitation and Fire Safety Instructor for ECG Ltd. David has many years experience as working in the NHS as a Senior Resuscitation Officer. He is an ILS / ALS Instructor and a Resuscitation Council UK Course Director
Suzanne
Suzanne has extensive business experience working in a range of organisations and sectors, she delivers our soft skills training.
Derek
Derek is a Resuscitation Instructor for ECG. Qualified as a Paramedic in 2000 and works for the NHS and Private sector, and is also a ALS Provider. Teaching BLS, AED, First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Vaccine training as well as a Moving and Handling instructor.
Nina
Nina is an experienced paramedic who delivers resuscitation and first aid training for us
Helen
Helen works within the ambulance service and delivers resuscitation and First aid training for us on a part time basis
Andy
Andy is an established first aid trainer and assessor”
Bev
Bev sadly passed away in August 2012 – she will be greatly missed by us all at ECG and was such a valuable member of our team in both providing excellent training courses and business support to the company. She will always be remembered
