12 Lead ECG Training

Let us provide a bespoke course for you and your staff. We can cover the practical training of how to record an ECG as well as how to interpret them.

The training may last between 3 - 6 hours depending on the level of training that you require.

ECG have designed a comprehensive work book that we use during our training courses, objectives will include:

  • Understand the basic anatomy and physiology of the heart
  • Understand the conduction system of the heart
  • Discuss why you would need to record an ECG
  • Accurately record an ECG
  • Use the principles of rhythm recognition
  • Identify a normal ECG and rhythm strip
  • Identify basic abnormal ECGs and rhythms strips

We will provide your training on-site for you and will be encouraging the practise of using your own ECG machine to take some ECGs during the course.
